Dirt Dobbers is a Texas based private equity firm that targets small to mid size land development related companies for acquisition as part of a large scale national roll up strategy. Dirt Dobbers looks for companies that have solid reputations, strong management, and are well positioned for organic growth. We are exclusively focused on activities that are "flatwork and below" in the land development process, including: excavation, utilities, paving, land clearing, etc.
