Marcus M. Moffitt is a licensed Texas Broker, Investor, and Developer with over 20 years experience with commercial and residential real estate. Mr. Moffitt has also bought, scaled, and sold businesses. He has specific knowledge and experience with private equity, corporate finance, HR, accounting, legal and technology systems. Mr. Moffitt also serves as a lecturer at the University of North Texas teaching senior level real estate courses. 

Shawn Storey  operates a document scanning and construction company, both of which he founded and has scaled from the beginning. He has had multiple successful acquisitions and exits with previous businesses. He has extensive experience in construction management and heavy equipment sales and leasing and operations management.
